At Amigos Animal Rescue, we focus on practical, compassionate solutions that improve the lives of animals and the communities they live in.

WHAT WE DO

  • Spay & Neuter Clinics

    We provide spay and neuter services to help reduce overpopulation and prevent unnecessary suffering before it begins. This is one of the most impactful ways to create long-term change.

  • Medical Care & Emergency Support

    We offer medical care and emergency support for injured, sick, or neglected animals, ensuring they receive the treatment they need to heal and regain strength.

  • Homing & Rehoming

    We work to home and rehome animals responsibly, matching each dog with families who are prepared for a lifelong commitment. When rehoming is needed, we prioritize safety, transparency, and the well-being of both the animal and the adopter.

  • Community Support & Education

    Beyond rescue, we believe in community support and education, helping create a culture of compassion, responsibility, and respect for animals.

  • Rescue Shelter

    Through our rescue efforts and partnership with 7 Patas, we give dogs a safe place to decompress, recover, and be cared for while they wait for the right home.

We are officially a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization

After a lot of behind-the-scenes work, love, and persistence, we’ve officially received our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in the state of Ohio. This step means everything. It allows us to grow, fundraise, and help animals in a more sustainable, transparent way. It’s a foundation we’ve been building toward for a long time, and it finally has roots.

We’re just getting started, but the impact is already real. None of this would be possible without the support of our community, our volunteers, and everyone who believes animals deserve kindness and protection.
